casual valentine's

Look at me trying to be all cute and doing a wee loveheart and then just ending up looking like a complete loser. Standard for me really. Perhaps my big kiss at the end will suffice for my Valentine's offering.  

Anyway, today I had a horrible realisation: I do not own any red clothing. Not one thing. It's Valentine's Day and I can't even throw on a wee bit of red as a subtle nod to the fact that I'm spending the day alone with my boyfriend far away in Glasgow, boo. This must change immediately. I took to my lipstick collection to try and remedy this but it's just not the same really, is it? Le sigh. I'm feeling very Shope and Shore today in this outfit (although, they would look way cooler than I do). I'm loving this oversized jumper I picked up in Miss Selfridge the other day, it's got long sleeves too which I always love in a slouchy jumper! I added my Topshop boots and necklace to try and add a bit of excitement to it but there's only so much you can do with a casual outfit like this.
